COLOR HUES #13 - YELLOW & BLUE

Hi friends!  Welcome to my post for Color Hues Challenge #13!  This time we are challenging you to use Yellow & Blue for your card or project.


I created a fun birthday card using the Dotted Bursts background stamp, the Party Fans & Happy Birthday Many Ways stamp set.
