Season's Greetings & Jingle all the Way

Hi everyone!  I'm back today with a couple more cards using the Home for the Holidays Stamp of Approval.  Have you grabbed your box yet?  Grab one before they are gone!!!

My card uses the gorgeous tree in the Festive Trimmings stamp set, the sentiment is from the Holiday Mix stamp set and the top was created using the Cozy Borders stamp set.

My card design was totally inspired by these amazing cards by Danielle Flanders.  I love the borders across the top of the card and the tree stamped in Lime Rickey & Grass Skirt.  The sentiment and tree trunk are stamped using Icing on the Cake ink.  I had some chocolate and white twine that matches Icing on the Cake ink pretty well and tied that around the top of my card.

Here is another similar card using the adorable jingle bells and amazing sentiment from the Festive Trimmings stamp set.

This card is so simple to mass produce.  While I had my stamps and ink out, I created 10 of these cards.  So easy and quick to do.  I kept this one a bit more simple and just added a piece of midnight card stock to the top instead of a stamped pattern.

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS SOA AVAILABLE NOW!!!

Hi everyone!  It's Release Day for the SOA Home for the Holidays collection! The past collections sold out in record time, so make sure you get yours NOW!  Hurry, it's only available while supplies last.

I have another card to share with you today using goodies from the collection!  This card features the Cozy Borders stamp set & Merry Christmas Layered Word die.

To create my rainbow border of snowflakes, I placed the stamp onto my MISTI and masked off each snowflake to stamp them in different colors.  This was super quick and easy to do with the MISTI.

How about this amazing Merry Christmas die?!!!  I die cut the two dies together from Midnight card stock and removed the black Merry Christmas that was cut out, I'm saving that for another project.  I then cut the Merry Christmas from white card stock and inlaid it into the black.  This give a flat sentiment piece.

You could also just cut the background piece from black and then die cut the sentiment from white and glue it on top of the black background.

I added some glimmer paper for a bit of sparkle and some black & white twine to finish off this clean and simple card.

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS STAMP OF APPROVAL BLOG HOP

Hi everyone!  Welcome to the Home for the Holidays SOA Collection Blog Hop!  You should have arrived here from Karen Baker's blog.  The complete list is below if you get lost along the way.

The collection goes up for sale on Sept. 19th at 9am to those on the Wait List.
Ordering will then be open of the public (6pm EST) if the collection hasn't sold out already.

StampNation members that are on the Wait List will be notified first (a little perk of being a member!) and then the rest of the Wait List will be contacted!

**The box is only available while supplies last.**
Make sure that you are on the >> Wait List << to be notified when it is available!

If you’re new to Stamp of Approval – click here to check out everything you need to know about this exclusive collection of stamps, dies and other goodies. All these products were designed specifically for this collection; they are brand new, and while they will be made available at Catherine's store in the future, they won't be available there for many months.

My first card features the Tiny Wishes & Cozy Borders stamp sets along with the coordinating Tiny Tags dies.

The little stamps that come in this set fit perfectly onto the Tiny Tags dies to help you create many fun tags for your Christmas goodies.  I love that you can not only use them for tags, but to also create fun cards.

My next card features the Cozy Borders & Holiday Mix stamp sets.

I stamped the three different borders onto my card panel.  After stamping I trimmed the panel down and added a strip of glitter card stock to the side and then attached to my card base.

I then stamped and white heat embossed the sentiment onto a circle die cut that comes in the Sugar Cookies die set.  I popped this up using dimensional adhesive and trimmed off any that hung off the side.  This would be a great card to mass produce.

It's time now to start hopping along, BUT before you go, make sure you leave comments on each stop along the way for your chance to win!  Your next stop on the hop is Maureen Merritt!

One winner will be chosen at random from EACH day's comments and announced on Sept. 24th on Catherine's blog.  3 random winners will be chosen to win a $25 Gift Certificate to the shop.

Thankful and Sneak Peek of the next Stamp of Approval Collection!!

Hi everyone!  I have a card to share with you all today that I made a while ago and am just now getting around to sharing it.

I used stamps and dies that came in the Counting Blessing Stamp of Approval Collection.

I stamped the gorgeous maple leaf with two different colors across the panel of my card.  I used the thankful die to die cut from the center of my stamped leaves.  I then cut the thankful die from black card stock 3 more times and glued them together to create dimension.  Added the stamped die cut on top and pieced all the pieces back into their spots.  I love the shadow the black creates.

I then used the Geo Trio stencil to create the black stripes on the top and bottom of my card base.  I added some black and white twine to the top and my card is finished.

***Before you go, there is another Stamp of Approval Collection coming out next week.  I am so excited about this collection because the theme is Home for the Holidays!!!  My favorite cards to make are Christmas cards so this collection makes me happy!!!

Catherine has started sneak peeks over on her blog, check them out HERE!

                  Miss you!

Hi everyone!  Today's card uses goodies from Catherine's Foundation's Box that came out a while back.  The products are now for individual sale in Catherine's store.

I stamped the rows of circles onto my card base using Rockin' Red, Grass Skirt & Fiesta Blue inks.  After stamping I placed pieces of white card stock on the top and bottom of my stamping to make the stamped area smaller.  I added small strips of black card stock to the white panels and attached them to my stamped card base.

I white heat embossed the sentiment onto black card stock and attached to the center of the stamped area.  I stamped a butterfly from the same stamp set.  Added a rhinestone to the butterflies head and some black and white twine to finish off this clean and simple card.

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!
