MISS YOU!

Hi friends!  I'm back today with a fun geometric card using the Mosaic Tile dies and a different for me color palette!  I love these dies, they are so fun to create different designs.  I used direct to paper with Catherine's ink to get my colored triangles.  You can gently swipe her ink pads across your white paper and voila, colored card stock in CP colors!

I love how perfectly the miss you sentiment fit in my design.

MISSING YOU LIKE CRAZY

Hi friends!  I'm back today with a card using the leftovers from yesterdays card.  You can view that card & blog post HERE!  I love all the different designs in the Mosiac Tile dies and couldn't throw these out.  I arranged them onto my card and added a white heat embossed sentiment from the One Liners Sentiments set.

Here are the cards together.

YOU ARE MY HAPPY PLACE

Hi friends!  Happy Monday!  Sharing a fun card using colored card stock and the Mosaic Tile dies.  I die cut a bunch of the solid triangle dies from purple and teal card stock.  I set them aside and die cut a bunch of the other dies using the same colored card stock.  I then used the solid triangle & glued the inside pieces of the patterned triangles on top. (hope that makes sense?)

This gives great texture to the triangles and looks so cool.  I glued them onto my card base alternating colors and then adhered the sentiment strip using dimensional adhesive onto the center of the triangles.  Some black & white twine finish off this card.

I'll be back tomorrow to share another card using the leftover triangles.  Stay tuned!

SENDING BEAR HUGS!

Hi friends!  Happy Saturday!  I'm still loving this adorable bear with the tiny umbrella!  He's just so cute!  I stamped him in white onto a piece of kraft card stock and then I masked off the sentiment to be able to stack it on his belly.  It is normally in a straight line.  I trimmed out the image using the Postage Stamp dies.

I then grabbed the Rockin' Red paper pack and backed it with these adorable hearts.  I added some black & white twine and my card is finished.  Super cute and simple!

YOU MAKE MY HEART SO HAPPY

Hi friends!  Happy Friday!  I've got another card to share today using the Light Burst Slimline die as a stencil on an A2 size card.  This time I embossed it with Halo embossing powder.  I trimmed it down and added a strip of black card stock.

I stamped and embossed the sentiment from the Shine Bright Sentiments using Cummerbund and In the Park embossing powder.  This card is so sparkly in real life.  Some black and white twine finishes off this card.

COLOR HUES #20 - AQUA & BLACK

Hi friends!  Welcome to my post for Color Hues Challenge #20!  This time we are challenging you to use Aqua & Black for your card or project.

I was able to create two cards using the amazing Xanadu Cover Plate die from Catherine Pooler.  I die cut one from black card stock and one from Aqua card stock.  I saved all the inside pieces of both and used the black triangles to fill in the Aqua outline and the Aqua triangles to fill in the black outline.

On this card I stamped a simple sentiment from Catherine's One Liners sentiments stamp set and this card is finished.

On this card I stamped and white heat embossed the sentiment on a strip of black card stock and then used the push pin stamp and die from her Desktop Treasures stamp set to pin up the sentiment.  Both pretty simple cards to create.  The longest part was gluing all the triangle pieces back in, but I find that relaxing.

IT'S YOUR TIME TO SHINE

Hi friends!  I've got a card to share today featuring the Light Burst slimline die.  I used it as a stencil on this A2 size card.  I die cut the die from card stock and then sponged some white ink through it onto some kraft card stock.

I die cut a circle from the center and adhered a sequin from the Williamsburg sequin mix after trimming down the panel and adhering it to my white card base.  I stamped the sentiment using Midnight ink.

HELLO THERE

Hi friends!  Happy Sunday!  I hope you are all enjoying your weekend so far.  I've got a clean & simple card today using the Desktop Treasures stamp set.  This mug with the floral pattern is so cute.  I colored it with Copics.

I used some of the papers from the Sketchbook paper pack to add a bit more interest to my card and to ground the mug.  A simple hello there sentiment from the One Liners Sentiment set and this card is finished.

OUR FRIENDSHIP IS A CUT ABOVE

Hi friends!  Happy Friday!  I've got a rainbow scissor slimline card to share today using the Desktop Treasures stamp set from Catherine's Creative Thinking Collection.  This stamp set was inspired by a love for all things stationary.  A super cute mug filled with pens & pencils on their craft desk, fun scissors and even pencil shavings are represented in this stamp set.  The images bring such joy and make great statements on your cards.

I used some Little Black Dress Slimline Patterned Paper, to create the little black and white striped border.

PROUD OF YOU

Hi friends!  I'm back today sharing a card using the amazing Mosaic Tile Dies released yesterday as part of Catherine's Creative Thinking Collection.  I love these die so much.  There are so many possibilities.  For this card I die cut the background triangle die twice and used my Copic Markers to color a rainbow on each of them.  I then die cut the outline triangle die using black card stock.

I used my grid mat to line up the triangles so they were even.  While they were on my grid mat I adhered them together and then adhered them all onto my card base.  I found this was the easiest way to get them lined up.  I added a white heat embossed sentiment from the One Liners Sentiment set and that finishes off this clean and simple card.

CREATIVE THINKING COLLECTION AVAILABLE TODAY!!!

Hi friends!  Today's release day for Catherine's Creative Thinking collection!  The release goes live in the shop this morning June 9th at 9 AM EST.  The new products are linked at the end of this post, but please note that the links will not be live until ordering opens.

I've got a simple card to share today using the Desktop Treasures stamp set and one of the gorgeous patterned papers in the Sketchbook paper pack.

I stamped and die cut this adorable cup and colored it in using CP ink and a blender pen.  I die cut a rectangle using the Postage Stamp dies from the center of the black & white patterned paper.  I adhered that to my card front and then temporarily placed the cup where I wanted it so I could line up my sentiment.

After stamping the sentiment I adhered the cup using dimensional adhesive.  I also colored a few of the half circles on the patterned paper for a fun twist and to tie everything together.  You could color all of the half circles if you wanted to for a totally different look.
