CONGRATULATIONS

Hi friends!  I have a couple super quick cards to share with you all today using the Backsplash dies from Catherine.  These are an add-on item for the Adoring You Stamp of Approval collection.  They sold out quickly, but are now back in stock.  Hurry, grab yours before they sell out again.

I grabbed some pink card stock, light to dark, and die cut using the solid die.  I then die cut one from white to lay over the lightest card stock color.  I added a silver heat embossed sentiment on vellum over the glued together die cuts.

A happy birthday sentiment would work great here too, or even a thinking of you, praying for you, etc.

Another one using teal card stock and a gold sparkle embossed sentiment.

Did you see the new embossing powders & glitters Catherine & WOW came out with?  They premiered at Creativation and are now available in Catherine's store.  Aquatini, Melon Ice and Flirty Fuchsia!  I will link them below for you to check out!

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Hi friends!  Hope you are all doing well.  I'm sharing a fun and simple birthday card with you all today using some goodies from Catherine.

I used the fun I Eat Cake stamp set from the Celebrate Friends Stamp of Approval Collection.  I love the many different cakes and cupcakes you can create with this set.

How cute would a set of these cards make as a gift for a friend, just switching out the cake/cupcake and the topping.  Isn't that strawberry darling?!!!!

I am adding this over at CAS on Sunday for their birthday challenge.

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Hi friends!  I'm popping in with a fun winter birthday card today.

I stamped the snowflake background using Garden Party, It's a Boy, & Pixie Dust.  I stamped each color a couple of times using my MISTI so the colors are a bit darker from double stamping.

The sentiment is a new stamp set that is just available for StampNation members.  It is a very fun sentiment set celebrating StampNation's birthday.  We are in full swing of the celebration over there, with challenges, video tutorials and prizes!!!

I used the Nested Label dies to die cut around the sentiment and popped it up using black fun foam.

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

CONGRATULATIONS

Hi friends!  I am back today sharing another card using the Adore die that comes in the Adoring You Stamp of Approval Collection.  This is an out of the box idea for this die and I love how it turned out.

I die cut the die from white card stock twice, trimmed off the top part to use on my card.  I then trimmed another panel of card stock that fit behind the two dies put together to do my ink blending.  I blended Limoncello and Samba ink together.

I stamped and white heat embossed the sentiment on black card stock.  I added some black and white twine to finish off my card.

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

CONGRATULATIONS USING ADORING YOU STAMP OF APPROVAL

Hi friends!  Have you snatched up your Stamp of Approval collection yet?  If not, what are you waiting for?  These collections are only available for a limited time.  Grab yours today.  :)

I'm sharing another card today using the goodies from the collection.

I stamped the twig wreath in Twilight ink and stamped and die cut the adorable birds using It's a Boy ink and It's a Girl ink along with the next brighter shade on the tails.  I love the gradient look this gives and by using my MISTI I can achieve this look with no problems.

I stamped the sentiment using Midnight ink and added a black & white twine bow to finish off my card.

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

ADORING YOU STAMP OF APPROVAL INSTAGRAM HOP

Hi friends!  Today the CP creative team is participating in an Instagram Hop.  You can start HERE!

I am sharing two cards using the fun Backsplash dies, which are an add-on item, these don't come in the collection.

This card was definitely a labor of love, but SO worth it.  I am so glad I didn't give up.  I die cut several of this die using black card stock and saved all the bits and pieces.  I die cut several from white card stock as well to use as my guide.  I placed the white die cut pieces down first and secured them with post it tape so they weren't completely stuck down.  I then glued the little bits into their coordinating spots.  After all the bits were glued in I removed the white guide and VOILA!!!

I did some rainbow ink blending and then stamped the sentiment using Midnight ink.

Here is the second card using up the leftover black tiles.

I added a bit of stamping using one of the stamps that comes in the Congratulations stamp set to fill in.

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

ADORING YOU STAMP OF APPROVAL

Hi friends!  Did you hop along for the blog hop yesterday?  If not, CLICK HERE to visit my post.  Don't forget to leave comments on each stop of the hop for your chance to win one of 2 $25 Gift Certificates to Catherine's store.

I have some more cards to share with you today using the goodies in the collection.  Today some of the creative team are sharing with a video hop.  You can check that out on Catherine's blog.

My first card features the gorgeous wreath in the Sweet Home Wreath stamp set.  This stamp set is a 6x8" set.  I love stamping leaves in gray's and adding a pop of color.  That's exactly what I did here.  I die cut it using the coordinating Add-on dies.

I stamped the Love Note background stamp on my card panel using Twilight ink to add a bit more to my card.  I love the subtle words in the background.

This card uses the same stamp set, just different elements in the set and a different sentiment.

And my last card features The Key stamp set.  I stamped one of the keys across my card panel using rainbow colors and added one of the sentiments with a strip of vellum.  Love the sentiments in this set.

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

ADORING YOU STAMP OF APPROVAL BLOG HOP

Hi everyone!  Welcome to the Adoring You SOA Collection Blog Hop!  You should have arrived here from Ilina's blog.  The complete list is below if you get lost along the way.

The collection goes up for sale on January 9th at 9am to those on the Wait List.
Ordering will then be open of the public (6pm EST) if the collection hasn't sold out already.

StampNation members that are on the Wait List will be notified first (a little perk of being a member!) and then the rest of the Wait List will be contacted!

**The box is only available while supplies last.**
Make sure that you are on the >> Wait List << to be notified when it is available!

If you’re new to Stamp of Approval – click here to check out everything you need to know about this exclusive collection of stamps, dies and other goodies. All these products were designed specifically for this collection; they are brand new, and while they will be made available at Catherine's store in the future, they won't be available there for many months.

My first card features a sentiment from Happy Together stamp set and a creative way to use the Adore Die.

I die cut the Adore die twice using white card stock. I trimmed off the top portion of the die on both pieces. I then rotated one of the die cut pieces and placed it over the other piece. This creates a fun plaid pattern. So cool, right?!!! I layered this onto a piece of black card stock to help it stand out.

I then stamped the sentiment once using Limoncello & Samba ink and then again using Midnight ink.  I used the coordinating die to cut them both out and then on the Midnight one I fussy cut the love out and glued it over top the colored sentiment.  Easy peasy!!!

My next card features the adorable birds from the Happy Together stamp set & the Love Note Background stamp.

I started my card by stamping the Love Note Background stamp onto my card base.  I only inked up one side of the stamp because I new I was going to be covering most of it.

I then stamped the branches, leaves, buds & sentiment onto my card piece.  I stamped and die cut the birds and mounted them onto the card front using dimensional adhesive.

I attached a small strip of black card stock to the stamped panel and adhered it to my card base.

It's time now to start hopping along, BUT before you go, make sure you leave comments on each stop along the way for your chance to win!  Your next stop on the hop is Tracie Pond!

2 random winners will be chosen to win a $25 Gift Certificate to the shop and will be announced on Jan. 14th on Catherine's blog.

HAPPY 12TH BIRTHDAY & STAMP OF APPROVAL SNEAK!!!

Hi everyone!  I'm back today sharing another birthday card using some new goodies from Catherine Pooler.  I stamped the fun candles in rainbow colors across my card panel.  I added a strip of double sided tape across the bottom of the candles & added some silver glitter.

I then die cut the number 12 using the Milestone Birthday Numbers dies from the panel and also from some black fun foam.  I adhered them together to create dimension and to help the numbers pop off the page.

I stamped the sentiment onto the panel and adhered it to my card base.  I added a small strip of black card stock to the bottom of my card and some black and white twine to finish it off.

Before you go I wanted to share a sneak peek of one of my cards for Catherine's next Stamp of Approval Collection coming out January 9th!

Make sure you come back on Monday for the Blog Hop.  I have lots more to share with you!  This collection is amazing!!!

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

FANTASTIC FIFTY

Hi friends!  Happy New Year!  I have a fun birthday card to share with you all using some Catherine Pooler goodies.  I love these colors together and just think of creating this same card but switching out the colors to more feminine colors, pinks or purples.

I used the fun paint swatch stamp from Eat Sleep Create stamp set to create my focal point.  I used colors from the Spa ink collection.  I then stamped and die cut the cake from the Birthday Icons stamp set.  It fits perfectly on my stamped paint swatches.  I then stamped the sentiment and added some black and white twine to finish off my card.

I am adding this over at Seize the Birthday: Anything Goes!

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!
