ABUNDANTLY BLESSED

Hi friends!  Happy Thursday!  I have another card to share today using the gorgeous Peony In Bloom Cover Plate Die & the Blessed word die.  For this card I die cut the Peony from a piece of white card stock and thankfully most of the pieces stayed in place after die cutting.  I turned my paper over while it was still between the cutting plates and then put some post it tape on the back to hold in the pieces of the flower and leaves.  I took out the outside pieces out, but saved them to glue back in later.

I did some ink blending on the flower.  I masked off the stem so I could sponge that in green.

After the ink blending was finished, I glued the piece onto my card base and glued in the white background pieces to make a flat card front.  I stamped and white heat embossed the abundantly sentiment from the Abundantly Blessed Sentiments stamp set and die cut the Blessed word die from black card stock and glued it onto my card.  I popped up the abundantly sentiment.  Another fun way to use this die.
