Merry Monday #177


Hi everyone!
Time for another Merry Monday Challenge.
This week Wendy challenges us to create a Christmas card with Christmas lights & glitter.

 I had many ideas for this challenge but decided to make a clean and simple card using Tis the Season stamp set from the Essentials by Ellen line and this adorable scallop tag by Cas-ual Fridays!  My glitter is red glimmer paper by Stampin' Up!

    Such a cute tangle of lights! Our icicle lights look like this, only not as cute, no matter how hard we try to wrap them up each year.

    Such a cute card, Kristie! Love those tangled lights. I think we all can relate to tangled lights no matter how hard we try to keep them from getting tangled :)

    SO true!! I love it on the black - that's exactly how untangling the lights make me feel - but your sparkly red strips keep it festive!

    I love the black and white - and the tangled lights remind me of my Dad struggling with our lights every year. Didn't matter that they were put away untangled - they always seemed to come out the next year in a tangled mess :)
