Frosted Pumpkins SN Challenge

Hi everyone!  The challenge this week at StampNation is a fun one.  It's called "Frost on Pumpkins", perfect for this time of year in New England especially, when we get our first frost.  We have already had a frost here in CT.    We could use glitter, sparkle, embossing, foil, stencil, swirls or anything else that adds that touch of frost to your project.

I chose to use swirls and sparkle as  my "frosting".  The swirls are from the Stamp of Approval Holiday Magic Collection.  Here's a little peek at my card...

I wanted to share another card I created using the SOA Holiday Magic collection.


I absolutely LOVE the snowflake stamps/dies in the collection and wanted this one to take center stage on my card.  I stamped it in versafine black ink then heat embossed using clear embossing powder to add the shine.  The pink inside the little circles is from an Angel Pink Pico Embellisher.  The sentiment is from another set in the collection by The Ton.

    Yes-er-eee...this snowflake is really neat - love the graphic design (who me ?). Inlaying it into the stitched circle really highlights it nicely.Love the color combo :)
