Hi friends!
I am SO excited to be sharing one of my projects using the amazing goodies found in the Stamp of Approval Holiday Magic Collection
by Catherine Pooler! This collection is chock full of supplies that
will have your creativity going off the charts. I have been creating
many projects using the stamps/dies included in the collection.
Here are 3 cards, same design, just different colors.
Using Pool to Navy Ombre ink pad.
Using Light to Dark Peach Ombre Ink Pad.
Using Lilac to Grape Purple Ombre Ink Pad.
These snowflakes, from the Bring on the Snowflakes stamp set, are so amazing! I just love them. They look so awesome stamped in Ombre colors, don't you think?! I attached a piece of vellum over the design to soften the snowflakes and added the fun die cut sentiment by layering black fun foam and Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper. Layering on black fun foam adds a bit of shadow and dimension.
Here is a peek at some more “Stamp of Approval” creations.

Wow - the snowflakes are gorgeous...especially 'all ombred up'. The velum really does add a beautiful soft touch and is a great way to showcase your 'fun foam' layered die! Great idea by the way!

ReplyDeleteHi Kristie ~ I really like the way you used the Ombre inks on these cards and softened them up a bit with the vellum paper. I bought two Ombre ink pads a while back but haven't really liked my results. Will CASE your cards and see how I do! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI just gotta get me some ombre ink pads...these snowflakes are so gorgeous with them, Kristie! Also loving those layered sentiments!

Wow, Kristie!!! These cards look beautiful with the vellum over the stamped snowflakes!! I really like how you used non-traditional colors for these. I really like the idea of black fun foam to provide a shadowy look to the sentiment! (I will have to remember that!!!) All around GORGEOUSLY made!!!!
