Hi everyone!
Playing along again with Muse: Christmas Visions.
this beautiful inspiration card is by Betty Wright.
I tried and tried to use a reindeer on my card but it just wasn't working the way I wanted it to so I went in a different direction. I was inspired by the colors and the image above the sentiment on Betty's card.
I created the background using Mermaid Lagoon Distress inks and a stencil from Istencils. I had this image stamped in black on white sitting on my desk. I grabbed it and it worked perfectly on my card. I sponged Mermaid Lagoon ink onto my main card panel so the blues would match perfectly.
My second card was inspired by the Manly Motifs Mood Board in the new online card class,
I was inspired by the deer heads, the sleek frames and the map image on the wall. So much to be inspired from in this mood board. I will be sharing one more card inspired by this board in the coming days.
I am adding this over at Seize the Birthday & Uniko Studio: Challenge #22.
***Before you go the winners have been announced HERE on Catherine's blog for the 10 free spots in the class. Congratulations to the lucky winners, were you one of them?***
