Merry Monday #163


 Hi everyone!
Time for another Merry Monday Challenge.
This week Lori challenges us to create a Christmas card with Red & White.


I am loving the look of a frame around my cards lately.  The Holiday Aperture die works great for this and leaves the stitched edge.  The middle is cut with the Cover Up: Christmas die from Lil' Inker Designs.  I attached that piece to my frame and popped the whole panel up on red cardstock.  The Holly Leaves were cut with a die from Lil' Inker as well from Silver Glimmer Cardstock and the berries are covered with glossy accents.  The sentiment is stamped on a flag banner from Lil' Inker.

    I am loving the frames around some of your cards too Kristie! Especially this one, I love, love, love how this card looks. It has such depth to it, almost like looking through a window. Hugs, Brenda

    I used that cover up die, too, for both challenges--my first time to cut it. I really like it behind the frame--will have to try that!
