Hi friends!  Happy Saturday!  I've got a fun shaker card today using the new Chevron Slimline Die that is being released next week from Catherine Pooler.  I did some ink blending with three of her new Date Night Inks, Chiffon, Pucker Up and Cummerbund.  I love the colors these make when blended together.  So pretty!

I wanted to add some of the Sparkles from WOW inside the shaker, but I think I added a bit too much.  I do like the look, but next time I won't add as much.  The butterfly is from the Happy Butterflies stamp set and the sentiment is from Thoughtful Phrases.  I followed the sketch over at Freshly Made Sketches, just didn't use a cluster for my element on the side of the circle.

The release will go live in the shop on Wednesday, February 10th at 9 AM EST.  If you are a StampNation member you get to shop EARLY on Tuesday, February 9th!

  1. Ooooh, so pretty Kristie! I love that ink blending and of course a shaker is always fun and fabulous. That sweet little butterfly is perfect perched on the sentiment. Hugs, Brenda

  2. What a wonderful card Kristie - love that you left the sweet butterfly black and white - it really made it a fabulous feature.
    Stay safe

  3. I love how you used the chevron behind the circle with the gorgeous colors. So beautiful behind the black/white butterfly! Thank you for playing along with us at Freshly Made Sketches!

  4. What a creative take on the sketch! This colorful shaker card is awesome. Thanks so much for joining us at freshly Made Sketches this week.
