COLOR HUES #11-RED & PINK

Hi friends!  Welcome to my post for Color Hues Challenge #11!  This time we are challenging you to use Red & Pink for your card or project.

I had many ideas for this challenge, but decided to go with a birthday card.  I am always in need of birthday cards.  The cake from the Birthday Cake Remix stamp set was perfect for these two colors.  I stamped the solid image using Party Dress ink and detail layers using Rockin' Red ink.

For the fun background, I stamped the Dotted Bursts background stamp onto some paper that I created using direct to paper with the Party Dress ink pad.   I then stamped with the background stamp using Rockin' Red ink.  I used the sentiment from Happy Birthday Many ways.
