Season's Greetings

Happy Wednesday everyone!
I had some fun with a new to me stencil and a great color combo.  The stencil is called checkmate by Wendy Vecchi.  I sponged Tumbled Glass Distress ink over the stencil.  I then stamped the snowflakes from Clearly Whimsy's Sparkle & Shine stamp set.  The sentiment is also from Whimsy Stamps set called Snowflake Wishes.  I embossed that with silver embossing powder.

I am entering over at Can you Case it: Color Challenge!

I also am entering over at Try Stampin' on Tuesday where they have a fun sketch.
I did take some liberties with the sketch but you can still see my inspiration from the sketch.

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

Stamps:  Sparkle & Shine, Snowflake Wishes (Whimsy Stamps)
Ink:  Royal Velvet (PTI)
Paper:  Royal Velvet (PTI)
Accessories:  Rhinestones

  10. WOWZERS - I adore your 'square polka dot' background! When our daughter was young, she said the checker board had 'square circles' on it. Your placement of the snowflakes is perfect - love the contrast between the light blue and navy :)
