With Sympathy & Thinking of you

Hi everyone!
I was inspired by one of Maureen's cards in Technique Toolbox class using second generation or stamping off technique.  I pulled out Hello Sunshine Daisies by Hero Arts to create my cards along with Handwritten borders by Simon Says Stamp.  I love the variation of colors you get by stamping and then stamping again without re-inking.  I created a set of these cards using Thinking of you and With Sympathy.  I like to have these types of cards on hand for when they are needed.  Here are the others.

I am entering these over at Hero Arts: Nature Challenge.

Here is a sneak peek of the latest challenge over at StampNation:

  10. Such pretty, bright colors! I love the look of 'second generation stamping' - creates a nice soft watercolor effect. These sunny colors were exactly what I needed to add warmth to our freezing cold day where the temps have 'warmed up' to -37C. Bring on the swimsuits and sun tan lotion!.

  11. I don't do so well with second generation stamping but yours turned out fantastic, Kristie. It's always nice when you can quickly make a set of cards like that.
