Winter Blues

This week over at StampNation we are having a Winterland Celebration to help beat the "Winter Blues".  Today's challenge was to make a card using shades of blue.

    I love love LOVE this card, Kristie! That's one of my favorite stamp sets and you've really put it to good use here. LOVE the rhinestones - they add the perfect bit of sparkle, and I also love your two toned layering. Gorgeous card!
