Merry Monday/Muse challenge

Hi friends, today I am playing along with Merry Monday Theme Challenge #46 (For the birds) and Muse Challenge #1.
Merry Monday's challenge was to make a Christmas card (woohoo!) with a bird.  This challenge was right up my alley, see yesterday's post.  :)  I just got the Perched Reed Bird die from Memory Box dies the other day and couldn't wait to use it on a card.

I am very excited to join in the first ever Muse Challenge.  The challenge was to draw inspiration from Amy Kolling's card.  I was inspired by her design/layout and I just love her card!

I also CASEd this card by Cristina.

    This is CAS perfection. I love the white panel atop the card base. Love the way the bird's tail is over the edge of the circle. Love the tiny sentiment and the linen thread is the perfect finish.
