Hi friends!  Welcome to my post for Color Hues Challenge #47!  This time we are challenging you to use Chocolate & Mint for your card or project.

I created an oval window and backed it with some Two-Toned Brown patterned paper.  I then used direct to paper with my Minted ink pad and stamped the leaf image over top with brown ink.

I die cut the leaf image and adhered it to the side of the oval and added the sentiment on a little banner.

  1. Stamping your white card with mint ink before stamping with the chocolate brown is a great way to get the colour right! :)

  2. Oh my goodness, I love the chocolate plaid! This is so cute!

  3. Such a fabulous design Kristie and I love how you stamped over top of the handmade mint cardstock. I made my own mint cardstock for my card to using In The Park. I just put in an order for Minted ink!! lol

  4. What a great combination and so cleverly used Kristie - the result is a lovely card

  5. I will repeat my comment! You make CAS look easy and it's so hard for me! Awesome use of the colors!

Your comments are much appreciated. Thank you!
