Happy Birthday

Hi everyone!
Today's card was inspired by Laurie's, Make it Monday challenge: Score Lines, the colors over at ColourQ and the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches.

I used Papertrey Ink's Watercolor Wonder to create a colorful backdrop for the Happy Birthday die.  It is hard to get a good photo of my score lines, but they are down the sides of the card on both sides.  You can see the one on the left much better that the one on the right.  Believe me, they are there.  :(

Here is another card using the same supplies.

I was able to capture the score lines a bit better in this photo.

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

  13. Awesome colors! Love the big, bold sentiment! Did you inlay the diecut? Overlapping the 'swooshes' creates a nice bit of color change/harmony - looks great.
