Merry Monday #149

Hi everyone!
Time for another Merry Monday Challenge.
This week Debbie challenges us to use Monochromatic Blues on our Christmas card.

I used some distress ink through the Holiday knit stencil by Tim Holtz to create my blue ombre pattern.  A simple sentiment from Sparkle & Shine (Clearly Whimsy) embossed using Silver Pearl Embossing powder, a few sequins and rhinestones to finish off my CAS card.

The sketch of my card was inspired by Allison's card in the online card class A Very Trendy Holiday 2.0 in the Metallics section.   You can still join this class along with the newest Technique Toolbox class.

Make sure you check out the other DT members cards over at the Merry Monday challenge blog.
I hope you will join us!

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

Stamps:  Sparkle & Shine (Clearly Whimsy Stamps)
Accessories:  Rhinestones

  15. Love your knit sweater, Kristie. I tried something similar with stamps for last week's Merry Monday and then didn't post in time. Maybe I could do it again this week. Nah, it would look too much like yours.
