Hi friends. Happy Friday! Sharing a card for CAS-ual Friday challenge: Shades of Gray and Virginia's new challenge: watercoloring.
I love using my Distress inks to get a watercolor look. I die cut the flower using the Four petal die from CAS-ual Fridays. I then stamped using my distress inks, spritzed with water and let dry. I love the pop of color against the gray.

Cardstock: Basic Gray, Smoky Slate, Whisper white, Watercolor paper
Ink: Versafine black, Peacock feathers, Mowed Lawn, Picked Raspberry, & Smoky slate
Stamps: Wallflower (CAS-ual Fridays)
Accessories: Banner framelits, neutrals candy dot
Very pretty :) love the tone on tone stamping and those water color flowers are amazing !!

ReplyDeleteDon't see many cards with black or gray that have an element of bright color on top. This is artistically done and it pops those flowers. Nice.
