Happy Monday friends. Today's card is for Merry Monday challenge. I love this week's inspiration photo and challenge.
You can't go wrong with a white on white or in my case, vanilla on vanilla with kraft accents for Christmas. I also made this exact same card using white for the accent and embossed the sentiment in white embossing powder but when I tried to get a photo of it you couldn't even see the sentiment. :( Someday my photography skills will improve so that I can capture that on a card.
Thank you for visiting and have a great day!
Cardstock: Very Vanilla, Crumb cake
Ink: Crumb cake
Stamps: Hero arts

Wonderful card Kristie, the texture is a perfect backdrop for the little houses and trees. Thank you for joining us for Merry Monday.
ReplyDeleteLovely card and what a wonderful sentiment!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card,Kristie!! I love the embossing and the die cut!!
ReplyDeleteKristie, your scene is awesome! It looks like a lovely, New England village! And a beautiful sentiment! I know what you mean about the photos. Sometimes they make a crummy card look good or a beautiful card look bad.
ReplyDeleteStunning card as always! Thanks for your comment love on my blog and at SN! xxx
ReplyDeleteNothing says elegant like a white on white card (with accents of course).
ReplyDeleteThis is a real gem, Kristie! Love the little scene you created with the perfect sentiment! Awesome job! Thanks for playing along with us this week over at Merry Mondays! :)
ReplyDeleteKristie, such a pretty scene. So lovely.
ReplyDeleteBeautifully serene and oh so elegant! This sentiment stamp is gorgeous - I lvoe the size of it and the variations of font. The little bit of cream embroidery cotton creates a soft and subtle divide between the village scene and the sentiment. Awesome design!
ReplyDeleteThis is just beautiful...love your sweet scene and that sentiment is just perfect!
ReplyDeleteLove the shadow effect Kristie, fantastic Holiday card. Thanks for sharing at Merry Monday.
ReplyDeleteSo simple, but beautiful! I have this die....might have to try this myself! The sentiment is perfect, too! Thanks for playing with the Merry Monday challenge this week!
ReplyDeleteThis is stunning, love the scene you have created, Kristie!
