Merry Monday

Happy Monday friends.  Today's card is for Merry Monday challenge.  I love this week's inspiration photo and challenge.

You can't go wrong with a white on white or in my case, vanilla on vanilla with kraft accents for Christmas.  I also made this exact same card using white for the accent and embossed the sentiment in white embossing powder but when I tried to get a photo of it you couldn't even see the sentiment.  :(  Someday my photography skills will improve so that I can capture that on a card.

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

Cardstock:  Very Vanilla, Crumb cake
Ink:  Crumb cake
Stamps:  Hero arts
Accessories:  Country Landscape die (memory box), Cream embroidery floss, dots embossing folder

  5. Kristie, your scene is awesome! It looks like a lovely, New England village! And a beautiful sentiment! I know what you mean about the photos. Sometimes they make a crummy card look good or a beautiful card look bad.

  7. Nothing says elegant like a white on white card (with accents of course).

  10. Beautifully serene and oh so elegant! This sentiment stamp is gorgeous - I lvoe the size of it and the variations of font. The little bit of cream embroidery cotton creates a soft and subtle divide between the village scene and the sentiment. Awesome design!
