Hi friends! Welcome to my post for Color Hues Challenge #34! This time we are challenging you to use Red & Black for your card or project.
I used the In the Square stencil on my card front to create some interest on one side. I then die cut the big bloom from the Big Blossoms stamp set from red card stock. I added a bit of sponging around the edges using Cranberry Fizz ink. I stamped one of the smaller flowers in the center and added black and white leaves.
I stamped the sentiment from the Flight of the Dragonfly stamp set and that finishes off my card.
Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

Kristie, it's such a lovely card and that sentiment is particularly wonderful!
ReplyDeleteGreat use of the colours Kristie and a fab sentiment. :)
ReplyDeleteLove the narrow stenciling and that sentiment is fabulous too! Nice card!
ReplyDeleteRed and black, always a great color combo! I love your card Kristie, I love the idea of only stenciling one side of the card. Your flower pops on the stenciling. I am so loving that sentiment too, great for cards when you are thinking of someone. Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteI love this sentiment and your design! Marvelous card, Kristie!
ReplyDeletePretty card!
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
