ENJOY THE LITTLE THINGS

Hi friends!  Happy Monday!  Sorry, it's been a little quiet on my blog.  Last week I went on a road trip with my mom and daughter.  We went out to Grand Rapids, Michigan for my daughters college orientation.  It was a great trip!  While we were in Grand Rapids I was lucky enough to meet up & have a lovely dinner with Michele from I Card Everyone!  I was so thankful to be able to meet her in person, she is the sweetest.  We have been blogging friends for a LONG time.  I'm also thankful she will be close to where my daughter is going to college.

Ok, onto my card.  I used the Cleo Slimline die and the Puffin Party Stamp set as well as a couple new ink colors.  I ink blended Bay Breeze & Cove Blue onto my card base, masking off the bottom to keep it white.  I also flicked some water over top to get some water marks.  I then adhered the Cleo Slimline die cut over top and added a puffin and sentiment embossed in white on black cardstock.

I finished off the card with some black and white twine.
