Hi friends! Happy Sunday! I'm participating in a fun hop/giveaway over on Instagram celebrating the new Paradise Found Mini inks coming this week!
Look at these gorgeous colors!!! Of course, I had to use them all and in rainbow order. I used direct to paper to make my own matching card stock and then cut the paper into strips and adhered them in rainbow order onto a scrap piece of typing paper. I don't own the minis yet, so I just used my full size ink pads.
Be gentle when you are swiping your ink pad onto your card stock, since they are foam pads they are a bit more delicate than linen pads. If you make sure your pads are nice and juicy you will have no problem getting good coverage. I hadn't used these ink pads in a while, so I went ahead and grabbed my reinkers and reinked all these pads before swiping to make sure to get full coverage on the first swipe. As you can see it worked perfectly!
Here is my colored card stock before cutting into strips. I was able to cut 6 strips of each color so I have enough strips to create a few more cards.
