I have another card to share with you all today using the Oval Balloon Stencil & the Instant Happy Die.
I stenciled the balloons first and then die cut the Instant frame from the stenciled panel. I thought it would be fun to create a shaker card and inlay the die right back into the panel. Crater Lake sequins were my sequins of choice.
