HAPPY BIRTHDAY 2 WAYS!!

The Forever 13 Catherine Pooler Designs release will go live in the store at 9 AM EST on Wednesday, March 18!

This is such a fun, retro collection that brings back fun memories from my childhood!  I've had such a great time using the Totally Rad Bundle and wanted to play along with the sketch over at CAS(E) this Sketch!

This is a super quick and easy to put together birthday card using some patterned paper and the Let the Good Times Roll stamp set and coordinating dies.  I simply cut a piece of patterned paper and adhered it to the side of my card base.  Stamped the sentiment  & hearts using Midnight ink.

I colored in the hearts using my Zig Blender pen and Catherine's inks in the coordinating colors from the paper pack.  So easy and color coordination was so simple.

While I had my supplies out I made another version using the sketch and a different color pallet along with the So Happy Sentiments stamp set previously released.

The paper is still from the Totally Rad paper pack, but this card has a totally different feel by switching out the colors, paper and object you use.  Do you prefer one over the other?  I am a bit partial to the first one, because rainbows!  The second one does make me smile though.

A FREEBIE!!!

If you order between 3/18 and 3/23 (or while supplies last) you get this Make Lemonade 3 x 4 Stamp Set for FREE!

  2. Both cards are fabulous Kristie, but the blue one really appeals to me the most! But then I am as partial to blue as you are to rainbows, I suspect :)

  6. Isn't it amazing how different a card can look with a change of colour and paper?? Those blue flowers are stunning against that crisp, white background and the polka-dot paper is so cute. Would never have thought to put purple and light blue together, your a genius. Hope your doing well in self-isolation, stay safe and always happy to see you at The Flower Challenge!
