Hi friends! Happy Wednesday! I am sharing a set of birthday cards today that I created with the Faithful Flutterings stamp set and Black Tie Gala Patterned Paper by Catherine Pooler.
For the butterflies, I die cut the largest butterfly from some pink card stock I had on hand and then stamped and heat embossed the detail image. For this one I used Rockin' Red Embossing Glitter. I love how it looks on the pink paper.
Here's a close-up. Look at the sparkle!!!!
For this butterfly I used Perissa Embossing Powder. This embossing powder is SO cool. It has gold and silver and is a bit thicker when embossed.
See how thick it is?! It was hard to capture the silver bits in the photo, in real life it looks so cool.
Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

Such a great idea on how to use different products, I would never have thought to use the embossing powder as an accent. Thanks for inspiring!
