Today's card was inspired by Jenni Murry, this week's Muse over on the Muse challenge.  I was inspired by the pink flowers, squares, stitching and white word sentiment on Jenni's card.

I don't need a reason....

Hi Friends!

Happy Saturday!  I am stopping in quickly this morning with a couple more cards I made using The Perfect Reason Stamp of Approval.

I am just in love with this peacock.  I have popped up the wing to add a bit of dimension.  Every other part of the peacock is stamped directly onto the panel.  The sentiment was stamped on a scrap piece of cardstock and then trimmed into a banner and popped up using dimensional adhesive.

This card uses the fun circles stamp in the Everyday Mod stamp set and the awesome sentiment from the You did it stamp set.

Essentials by Ellen Pin- Sights Challenge - Guest Designer!

Hi everyone!

I am super excited to be a Guest Designer for this month's Essential's by Ellen Pin-Sights Challenge!

The Essentials by Ellen Pin-Sights challenge is a monthly inspirational challenge based on a Pinterest Inspired photo.  Full info and details located on the CLASSroom blog.  Look at this gorgeous photo collage!!!

Here is my card...

I stamped and embossed in silver the deer from the Season to Sparkle stamp set from watercolor card stock.  I then smooshed some Aquatini ink onto a clear block and watercolored the deer using a water brush.  I then die cut 3 more deer and layered them on top of one another to give dimension.  The sentiment is also stamped and embossed using the silver embossing powder.

I absolutely LOVE the Stitches Cover plate.  It gives a subtle, but unique texture to the card base.  So awesome!!!

I have another card to share with you today using the new SOA The Perfect Reason Collection!

For this card I used the Paisley Peacock stamp set and dies, You did it sentiment & Perfect Reason die.  I die cut 4 of the paisley's on my card panel.   I stamped the smaller paisley image inside the die cut spaces directly onto the card base. I then stamped and die cut the smaller paisley images and attached them directly to the top panel.  I popped the top panel up using foam adhesive to give dimension.  The sentiment is white heat embossed on a black die cut from the Perfect Reason die set.   I finished off my card with some black and white baker's twine.

Hi friends!

I have a couple more cards to share today using The Perfect Reason Stamp of Approval Collection.

I used the diamond border stamp from Everyday Mod stamp set to stamp an entire front of a piece of cardstock.  I used Something Borrowed, Aquatini & Lime Rickey inks by Catherine Pooler.  I trimmed down a piece big enough to stamp the Congrats sentiment from the You did it stamp set.  Mounted it onto a piece of black cardstock and then onto a white card base.  Here is the second card using the leftovers.

I stamped and embossed the sentiment using silver embossing powder and added the stars from the stamp set using the same colors as the border stamping.

I have some more cards to share with you today using the Mod Squared Stencil along with flowers from The Perfect Reason stamp set and a variety of sentiments from the collection.

As you can tell, I had lots of fun creating this same card just switching out the colors of the stenciled background and the flowers.  The sentiments were also switched out.  These cards will make a great birthday gift to one of my friends.  Catherine and I were on the same wave length when we were creating with this collection.  We made very similar cards, you can view her card here.

THE PERFECT REASON - WORRY LESS GIGGLE MORE

Hi friends!

I am popping in with another card I made using The Perfect Reason Stamp of Approval Collection.

I am in love with this gorgeous peacock stamp and the matching dies.  I thought die cutting all the pieces and attaching them to a black card base really made the peacock pop!  

See the three different colors on the tail, I stamped the whole tail using Party Dress ink then stamped & die cut the separate feather pieces in Orange Twist and Fiesta Blue ink and then glued them on top of the pink feathers- hope that makes sense!  :)

My first card features the amazingly beautiful peacock from the stamp set Paisley Peacock, the border stamp from Everyday Mod and sentiment from You Did It and the flower from The Perfect Reason.

Isn't she stunning?!!!!  So many color possibilities for this peacock.  There are 6 different stamps you can stamp for the inside of the wing and 3 different outline designs.   LOVE all the options.  Of course, you could make a card just using the paisley designs by themselves.  (Which I have, I made one for StampNation and one I will be sharing on my blog soon!)  So cool!!!

My second card features The Perfect Reason Stamp Set and the sentiment from Everyday Mod.

I am not usually a fan to flower stamp sets, but THIS one is right up my ally!  I just love how funky the flowers are.  Of course, I had to stamp them in rainbow colors using Catherine's amazing inks.
