Hi everyone!
Time for another Merry Monday Challenge.
This week Deanne challenges us to create a Christmas card using Pink, White, & Green
I think this color combo is so pretty for Christmas cards. I decided to stamp the small open holly leaf from Holiday Flourishes in the Stamp of Approval Holiday Magic Collection. I focused my stamping towards the top right corner of my card. I stamped them using the new Vintage Jadeite ink from Papertrey Ink.
I then took the small hexagon stamp from the Snowy Sayings stamp set from the SOA collection to stamp the pink "berries" scattered throughout the leaves. I embossed the sentiment from O Holy Night by Papertrey Ink on Hibuscus burst cardstock and cut it out using Die-namics Cross-Stitch Square Stax by My Favorite Things.
Another card using black, white and red with a different sentiment.
I'm adding this card over at Christmas Card Challenges #49: Anything goes.

Love them both but the pink + green is my FAV.
ReplyDeleteI like the way you stamped the leaves at an angle, looks great!
ReplyDeleteBoth gorgeous! But that hot pink sentiment is the best!!

Both cards are wonderful Kristie, I love the CAS design.
ReplyDeleteLove these...there you go with the angles again. You just have a knack for do that so perfectly. It's fun to see how, just by using different colors, you can achieve two unique feels to the cards.
