Hi everyone!
Sharing my card inspired by Kimberly's amazing card over at Muse: Christmas Visions.
I was inspired by the navy ornaments and the red woodgrain. I stamped the ornaments from Clearly Besotted's set, Ornamental Style in Midnight Muse ink. The base of the card was stamped using the Woodgrain stamp by SU using Pure Poppy ink on Pure Poppy cardstock.
Thank you for visiting and have a great day!
Stamps: Woodgrain background (SU)
Ink: Midnight Muse, Pure Poppy
Paper: Pure Poppy
Accessories: Rhinestones, Tipped Top dies (PTI)
Love this! Such a clever take on the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful take on Kimberly's amazing card! I love those simple, but elegant ornaments and I love the wood grain stamping on the base of the card. But what I really love is the angle at which you have placed your paper Kristie! That looks fabulous! Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteLove the red on red stamping and your jaunty panel! Terrific card Kristie!

ReplyDeleteKristie, I love those retro-feeling ornaments. I may need to buy that set based solely on this card! So glad you joined us at MCV this week!
ReplyDeleteReally a great take on Kimberly's Christmas Muse card! Love that angled panel; the white just pops against the red. Those ornaments are awesome in black. Great Christmas card! Bev
ReplyDeleteThis is lovely Kristie and I like the way you have set the topper on the slant which adds extra interest. The colours are so crisp and clean and the baubles stand out beautifully against the red, and the woodgrain stamp looks great. x
ReplyDeleteLOVE the layout and more than LOVE the woodgrain that you stamped! The Poppy ink on Poppy paper looks awesome!
ReplyDeleteFabulous take on her card!
