The Card Concept #27

Hi friends!
It is time for another fabulous challenge at The Card Concept!

This week has a very fun graphic.  Check it out:

I am sure you can see how I was inspired.  I just love the ombre colors on the letters and the woodgrain background.  I found this awesome love die that worked perfectly for this challenge.  I used gelatos to achieve the ombre look.  Coloring them onto a piece of cardstock then blending them with a dry paper towel.  I then die cut using the die from the colored cardstock and layered onto another die cut of Craft-a-board for some dimension.

Stop over to The Card Concept blog to see what the other girls have created in all of the different styles.  I just love this challenge just for this reason!  It's great to see all the different takes on one inspiration photo.

ETA: Addicted to Stamps Challenge: Holiday (Valentine's Day)

Thanks so much for stopping in!  I hope you get the chance to play along too!

Stamps:  Woodgrain background (Stampin' Up), Handwritten Borders (Simon Says)
Ink:  Sahara Sand
