The Card Concept & Exciting News

Hi everyone!  I have some exciting news to share with you all.  The lovely Lesley from Always Playing with Paper has asked me to join The Card Concept Design Team as one of their Clean and Simple Designers.  I am honored to be working along side so many amazing designers.  I have the honor of working with Lesley on the Merry Monday Design team too!  Thank you for having me, Lesley!

The moment I saw this graphic I knew exactly what I wanted to create.  I love using kraft, white and red on Christmas cards.  Here is my CAS card...

I have used Papertrey Ink's No Strings Attached stamp set.  Love this set.  I used white embossing powder on the strings and the sentiment.

Stop over to the Card Concept blog to see what the other girls have created in all of the different styles.  I just love this challenge just for this reason!  It's great to see all the different takes on one inspiration photo.

Thanks so much for stopping in!  I hope you get the chance to play along too!

And you started with a grand slam with this card! The embossed strings are amazing...but the shadow below the tag is spectacular. I actually pulled out my magnifying glass to study it closer! Wow - what an incredible effect!
