Joy to the World
Happy World Card Making Day everyone! Do you have any creative plans for the day? We have been celebrating since yesterday morning at 8am over on StampNation. Check out this post for more details.
This card is for the Hero Arts Holiday challenge in the White out category. I absolutely LOVE these geometric ornaments. Instead of coloring them in I used the back of each stamp to stamp in Neon colors. A great way to add color without coloring. My sentiment was embossed using Black Sparkle embossing powder. I love that this powder matches the Black sparkle paper I found at my local craft store.
I followed this sketch.
I am also adding this to Virginia's View Challenge- Clean and Simple.
Thank you for visiting and hope you have a great WCMD. Hope you make some time to get inky!
Stamps: Christmas Crystals (Hero Arts), Christmas Carols ( CAS-ual Fridays)
Ink: Radiant Neon Electric Blue, Orange & Pink, Versamark
Paper: White, Black Glitter
Accessories: Black Sparkle embossing powder, Black Sequins (PPP)

ReplyDeleteHappy World Card Making Day Kristie!
ReplyDeleteNow how cool are these neon baubles? Thanks for reminding me of this 'reverse stamp' technique - looks great and sure saves time not having to color the images! The sparkle sentiment is perfect with paper! Don't you just love when things 'come together' like this?
This geometric ornaments are really nice. And neon colours too. I like your card and also the idea of the Card Making Day.
