RIC #36


Hi friends.  Today's card was inspired by the Runway challenge.  Here is the inspiration photo:



I pulled my inspiration from her sweater with the fun triangles.  I used one of the triangles in Trendy Triangles from Fresh Squeezed Stamps.  I stamped onto Confetti white cardstock in Blushing Bride and Basic Gray.  The ribbon reminded me of her balloony pants.  :)

    Wow! Stunning interpretation of the challenge photo! The gathered ribbon is seriously spectacular. I don't know how you did it, but your triangles seem to have a texture to them exactly like the fabric. Totally loving all the glorious "white space" in the dynamic hue of the cherry cobbler card stock!

    Oh my, that ribbon is the PERFECT complement to the triangles and in the perfect color, too! You have NAILED the challenge square on the head. Thanks for the inspiration - I will definitely try that ribbon technique!!
