HAPPY BIRTHDAY PUFFIN PARTY!!!

Hey there friends!! The latest release from Catherine Pooler — Waves of Happiness — releases May 11th at noon for StampNation members and May 12th for everyone!

I'm sharing a card today featuring the Puffin Party & Making Waves Background stamp.

I stamped and white heat embossed the background stamp onto a piece of white card stock.  I then blended some Sea Glass & Bay Breeze inks onto the bottom of the panel.  I stamped and die cut the adorable Puffin along with a party hat.

I white heat embossed the sentiment on a piece of black card stock and adhered that to my card as well as the puffin and his party hat.  Such a fun birthday card.

WAVES OF HAPPINESS & COVESIDE BUNDLE!

Along with the new inks, Catherine has some fun new products coming on May 12!!  I've got a card to share with you all today using goodies from the Coveside Bundle & the Seaside Extras Bundle!

I created a slimline birthday card using the gorgeous new Cleo Slimline Die & the adorable Puffin Party Stamp set.  How cute are those Puffins?!  I love them so much!  For my card I blended some Cove Blue ink on the top and bottom of the card, making it lighter as I went up the card.  I then used the die cut piece as a guide to glue the inside pieces back into their spots.

I glued the puffins onto the card and trimmed off the excess and stamped the sentiment using midnight ink.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY & NEW CATHERINE POOLER INK COLORS!!!

Hi friends!  Happy Thursday!  I've got a super simple birthday card to share with you today using the Light Burst Slimline Die as a stencil and emboss resist!  I chose to only use a portion of the die on my card to keep it simple.  I inked over top of the die using embossing ink and then white heat embossed.  I then sponged over top with In the Park ink.  

I stamped the sentiment using In the Park & midnight ink.  I added a small strip of black card stock for some contrast.  Super simple and fun!

Watercooler Wednesday

I've got some exciting news-Catherine is releasing some new ink colors next Wednesday!  They are gorgeous spa colors in the Beach Retreat collection.

Aren't they gorgeous?!!!  I love these colors so much!  They also did a repackage update on their ink refills-LOOK!!!

They used to be black and white labels, but the colored labels will make it so much easier to see the color and how pretty will they look all lined up in rainbow order in your craft room.  If you already have the black and white labeled ones you can order a sticker to put over top with the colored labels.  So exciting!  Check them out HERE!!!

Hi friends!  Happy Tuesday!  How fun are rainbow raindrops?!   I used the April Showers stamp set and coordinating dies to create my card.  The sun is from a previously released set called Scatter Sunshine.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Hi friends!  I've got two birthday cards to share with you today using the Light Burst Slimline die as a stencil.  I cut the die from white card stock to use as my stencil and then applied some embossing ink through the die cut piece.  I then white heat embossed.  After heat embossing, I sponged some ink over top and the embossed parts resist the ink and the color only goes on the non embossed parts.  I love this technique!

I trimmed down each panel and on this one layered a piece of gold card stock behind and added a gold die cut to the center.  I stamped the sentiment using midnight ink.

I used blues and greens on this card and a different font on the sentiment.
