I'M SO GRATEFUL

Hi friends!  Happy Sunday!  I love the new In the Square stencil coming next week!  It's part of Catherine's Just a Note Collection.

I just wanted to use the corner of the stencil on my card so I did some masking around the stencil after I placed it on my card panel.  This is a great way to use your stencil in different ways.  I ink blended two colors and created a third color where they overlapped.  I stamped a sentiment from the Handwritten Thank You Sentiments stamp set.  This set is going to be a staple in your craft stash.  So many great sentiments.  I added some Crater Lake sequins to finish off this clean and simple card.

CATHERINE POOLER JUST A NOTE COLLECTION - DAY 2 REVEALS

Catherine revealed the last bundle in the collection today on Facebook live.  The last bundle is called Notes of Love.

I'm sharing a card today using the Big Blossom stamp set and the Scribbled Circles stencil.

I masked off my card panel and used the Circles Stencil over top blending rainbow colors through it.  I then stamped and gold heat embossed the detail layer of the big bloom in the stamp set and then die cut it with its coordinating die.  I then die cut another bloom and covered that with embossing ink and gold heat embossed the whole thing.  I layered that behind the detail bloom.

I grabbed a sentiment from One Liners Sentiments and stamped that in midnight ink.

I've got a card to share with you all today using the Dragonfly Bundle!

I love the wonky dots in the Flight of the Dragonfly stamp set.  I stamped the middle dot down my card base using rainbow colors and then stamped the different dragonflies over top using midnight ink.  I added the thank you sentiment and a strip of Black Tie Gala paper down the side.

COLOR HUES #31 - RED & GREEN

Hi friends!  Welcome to my post for Color Hues Challenge #31!  This time we are challenging you to use Red & Green for your card or project.

 This challenge will be the only one for December and will be open until the 29th, to give the DT a bit of a break during Christmas and more time for you to upload a submission or two! 

I've had this stencil and stamp set from The Greetery sitting on my desk and it needed to see some ink.  Well, the colors this week are perfect for this.  I love the gray banner and the plaid paper in the background!
