Now & Forever

Hi friends.  I made this card for my most recent Trend's Article at StampNation - Ampersands!  I am entering this at MUSE challenge and Simon Says Wednesday Challenge.  I absolutely LOVE this week's MUSE: Laurie Willison.  Here is her card.

My card uses the stripes embossing folder and of course, an ampersand negative.  I also CASEd the card on page 134 of the current SU! catalog.

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

Thanks

Hi friends.  When I saw the cue word for CASology I knew I wanted to use this twiggy tree die from Memory box.  These trees are exactly what I see when I look out our windows.  All the leaves have fallen and they are bare and brown.  :(

 Another card just for fun.

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

Merry Monday & Dynamic Duos

Hi friends.  I love the colors for this weeks Merry Monday challenge - red, aqua, white and circles & Dynamic Duos Challenge.  These colors are great for Christmas.  I was stumped all day yesterday, nothing I tried worked but finally came up with a few cards using the sets from Wplus9 and Simon Says.

Here are a couple more that I made.

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!  One of these days I will get my photos right.  Ugh!  I am asking Santa for a new camera this year, hopefully that will help.  Any recommendations on a good one?

Happy Birthday, Tracey!!!

Hi friends!  My card today is for Tracey from In My Creative Opinion.  Today is her birthday and Joyce from Cards by the Sea organized a Linky party for her.

I love Tracey's cards and when I was browsing her blog I noticed she uses the Stitched rectangles quite a bit so I wanted to use them too.  ;)  I also thought this sentiment, originally designed to use with Christmas cards works well when paired with Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday, Tracey!!!  May you have a wonderful day, week, month & year!!!  XOXO

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

Santa Claus is coming to town

Hi friends.  I saw the sketch over at Retro sketches this week and just had to play along.  I am in love with these houses from PTI.  So fun!

I am also going to enter this at Merry Monday.  They want us to use Santa on our project and I realized this is the only Santa I have.  I think I need to remedy that by next Christmas.

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

CASology Guest Designer!

Hi friends!  I am honored to be guest designer this week at CASologyMy card was chosen in last week's challenge.

This week the cue word is - Black.  I am on a Christmas card making roll lately so I went with a black Christmas card.

I used the inlaid die cutting technique on my card.  Love this technique.  The sentiment is embossed with white embossing powder.

How are you inspired by Black?  Hope you join in on the fun.

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!
