Thankful for YOU!!!

I want to pop in real quick today to wish all my friends in the U.S. a very Blessed and Happy Thanksgiving.  I truly have so much to be thankful for.  One thing I am very thankful for is each and everyone of you who visit my blog and leave me lovely comments.  I am also very thankful for the friendships I have made through my blog and StampNation.

I pulled the gold and red from the photo and went from there.  I used Maile's card here as inspiration for my layout.   This picture doesn't capture how much this card sparkles.  Thank you for the fun challenge, Monica.

Hi friends.  I am popping in real quick with a card that was inspired by the current sketch at Seize the Sketch and Dawn's Monday Mood Board.

 

 I used a technique Chupa demonstrated in "A Very Trendy Holiday" online card & tag class.  There are lots of great ideas shown in this class.  I would encourage you to check it out.

Merry Monday

Happy Monday friends.  Today's card is for Merry Monday challenge.  I love this week's inspiration photo and challenge.

You can't go wrong with a white on white or in my case, vanilla on vanilla with kraft accents for Christmas.  I also made this exact same card using white for the accent and embossed the sentiment in white embossing powder but when I tried to get a photo of it you couldn't even see the sentiment.  :(  Someday my photography skills will improve so that I can capture that on a card.

Merry Christmas

Hi friends.  I made these two cards for the online card class: Holiday Card Workshop.  This was Day 5: His & Hers Holiday cards.  I used Shari Carroll's sketch from Day 3.  I used the same stamp sets for both cards just changed out the DSP colors.  Pink for Hers, Red for His.
