Happy Monday friends! I've got another Halloween card to share today using the Sweet-N-Spooky Patterned Paper & the Toil & Trouble stamp set. I created a window using a circle die and added patterned paper behind it. I stamped and die cut the ghost added that to the window with dimensional adhesive.
I stamped the sentiment on a banner and added that to my card along with some Transylvania sequins.
